And he measured the portico of the gate as eight cubits,[a] and its pilaster was two cubits[b] thick, and he measured the portico of the gate on the inside.[c] 10 And the alcoves[d] of the gate toward the way[e] eastward[f] were three on each side;[g] the same measurements applied to all three of them;[h] and the same measurement applied to the pilaster[i] on each side.[j] 11 And he measured the width of the doorway of the gate as ten cubits[k] and the length of the gateway[l] was thirteen cubits.[m]
